The Things Muslims Needs To Do In Today's Difficult Times

Muslim World in Today's 21st Century is going through difficult times. If we see Muslims around the world they are facing tough situation. Many of their lands are occupied by foreign forces. Most of their Rules are corrupt and dishonest. They are facing a media war from International Mainstream Media.
Islamophobia around the World is increasing. Muslims are labelled as extremist and terrorists. Poverty and Illiteracy is high in Muslim Countries. Now Compare All these things with Situation of few centuries ago when Muslims where on top in every field of life. So What are the reasons that Muslims are facing trouble today? and how we can cope with them. Here are i am discussing those reasons and their Solutions.
Education: Muslim World Needs to get Education and Knowledge to do progress. in the history we found so many great Muslims Scientists who done many big inventions but today we have how many big Scientists? The reason for this is lack of Education and Knowledge.
Quran and Sunnah: The Muslim of Today has stop following the Teachings of Holy Quran and Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH. today we are doing everything opposite to what Quran and Sunnah tells to us. So we need to return towards Teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
Division Within Muslims: Another big problem of Today's Muslim is Division into many sects and groups. Islam completely forbids making Sects and Divisions between Muslims but today we all are divided into sects and giving Fatwas of Kufar against each other.
Media = Today's Mainstream media which is mostly controlled by enemies of Islam is targeting Islam and Muslims and declaring them Terrorists and Extremists. We Muslims have very less Media to answer this Propaganda against Islam and Muslims. So we need to do progress in Media.
Conspiracies of Enemies = Today Muslims are also facing Conspiracies from many sides. Many of their Countries are invades and Occupied. So we also need to get ready to answer these Conspiracies.

Salah Prayer Not Only Virtue But Also Good For Health

Offering Salah Or Prayer five times a day is a very important part of Islam and also a great Virtue. But do you know that Salaah is not just a great Virtue but it has also uncountable benefits for human health. Here i am going to discuss some of these health benefits of offering Salaah.
In the Prayer we pick up arms which is exercise for arms and neck. this exercise is very good for patients of heart. By standing in Salaah our heart feels better because both feet feels weight of body equally. Sajda is also good for heart and helps in blood flow. Raku in Salaah Blood Pumps more and it is also exercise for legs, back and many bones. Raku is also very good for our Stomach. Although Sajda in Salaah is of few seconds but when we go to Sajda it increase flow of blood in mind nerves. Sajda is also exercise for many other parts of body. Seeing towards earth in Sajda reduces strain of eyes.
These are some of the main benefits of Prayer (Salaah) to our health. There are hundreds of more benefits as well of offering Salaah regularly that i am not mentioning here. May Allah help us all to become regular in our Prayers so that we not only get Virtue but also good health.

Today I will be discussing the Concept of Jannah Paradise in Islam and how the life of Jannah Will Be? According to Islam If you will be having Emaan (Faith) and will go good deeds in this World then you will go to Jannah in hereafter while if you will do bad deeds here then you will enter hell in Hereafter.

New Islamic Year 1432 Hijrah has started in many countries on Tuesday 7 December while in many countries including Pakistan it is starting tomorrow Wednesday 8 December as the moon has been sighted a day later here of new year. As We All Know that Muharram is that the first month of Islamic year that has started now after last month of Islamic year Dhil Hijja. Many Important Incidents taken Place in Islamic history in this month of Muharram while Hazrat Hussain R.A was also martyred in this month.
Muslim Follows Hijrah Calendar that is counted from the day Prophet Muhammad Saw done Hijrah from Makkah to Madina. Now 1432 Hijrah has started which means Prophet Saw done Hijrah to Madina from Makkah exactly 1432 years ago from now. I would like to wish all my Muslim brothers and sisters a happy New Islamic Year. May Allah SWT bring happiness and blessings on all of you in this year.
